As part of its mission to support workforce development in the CNMI, the Tan Siu Lin Foundation recently donated $3,000 to the Northern Marianas College. 

Northern Marianas College nursing graduate Peachy Quitugua recently earned a Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Cincinnati (UC) and also earned her national certification in Nurse Midwifery from the American Midwifery Certification Board or AMCB.

SINCE the 4-H Marianas was established in 2015, it has served more than 20,000 youth in Rota, Tinian, and Saipan. When I got involved with 4-H at a young age, I didn’t realize how much I would benefit from learning about leadership, agriculture, and community engagement. I learned through this organization how to be an advocate for positive youth development.

Northern Marianas College has announced that the maximum number of players that can register for NMC Foundation’s 2022 Golf Open on Saturday, March 19 has been reached. Those who have not registered to play but would like to be placed on a player wait list can contact 237-6780.

Thousands of dollars worth of prizes will be up for grabs at the 17th Annual Northern Marianas College Golf Open set for Saturday, March 19, 2022 at the east course of the Laolao Bay Golf and Resort.

Ms. Jemalynn Iguel has begun an internship with U.S. Congressman Hakeem Jeffries, chair of the House Democratic Caucus. Ms. Iguel dropped in to say hello when U.S. Congressman Gregorio Kilili Camacho Sablan of the CNMI met with Chair Jeffries on Monday.
