Parents of campers who attended 4-H Marianas’ Camp Maga’lahi held on all three islands expressed great satisfaction with the recently held camp.

International Roller Skates is the latest company to sign on as a Northern Marianas College ProaPerks Partner, joining many other businesses and organizations.

2021 Northern Marianas College nursing graduates Mariol Lopez, Francheska Fauni, Philip Alejo, and Xiao Fei Yang have passed the rigorous National Council Licensure Examination, or NCLEX, on their first attempt taking the test.

Northern Marianas College students recently elected new officers to the college’s student government body, or the Associated Students of NMC. The new officers are: Alyssa Attao, President; Gerald Crisostomo Jr., Vice-President; Jefferson Cunanan, Secretary; Duncan Laxa, Treasurer; and Maritoni Duarte and Eloise Lopez as senators. 

THE 36 students who, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, had to stop attending adult vocational high school classes at the former Northern Marianas Trade Institute, will now have the opportunity to complete the program, thanks to the partnership between Northern Marianas College and the Northern Marianas Technical Institute.

As part of its ongoing effort to recognize and acknowledge the hard work of its employees, Northern Marianas College recently named the recipients of its 2021 Annual PROA Employee Awards. The awards recognize employees’ outstanding performance, contribution to NMC, and their commitment to student learning.
