The Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation has announced that the COVID-19 vaccine will be administered on August 14, 2021 from 8:00am – 12:00pm at Northern Marianas College on Saipan.
This event is open to all members of the public who are 12 years old and older. NMC students are encouraged to register.
To get vaccinated on these dates, please REGISTER ONLINE by visiting www.vaccinatecnmi.com. Once your registration is confirmed, please check your email for additional details. You can also register by phone by calling (670) 682-SHOT (7468).
What to Bring
- Vaccination ID (Located in the confirmation email)
- Government Issued ID (e.g. driver's license or passport)
- Insurance Card (if applicable, however insurance is not required)
- Dose 2 recipients must also bring their Vaccination Record Card (please make your appointment date even if you misplace your card)
Free Transportation Available
The Commonwealth Office of Transit Authority will be offering free transportation to and from the vaccination site. To avail of this offer, please indicate that you will need transportation when registering online at vaccinatecnmi.com.
