As part of its commitment to higher education, Bank of Guam recently donated $5,000 to the Northern Marianas College. The donation was made as part of the NMC 2022 Golf Open which is scheduled for Saturday, March 19, 2022.
“We are proud to help the Northern Marianas College further its mission of helping CNMI residents improve their quality of life through educational advancement and professional development,” said Marcie Tomokane, Vice President/CNMI Regional Manager of Bank of Guam.
Proceeds from this year’s tournament will go to helping the College fund critical expenses, including the recovery of NMC’s facilities, equipment, supplies, and other items destroyed by the Super Typhoon Yutu. The College has already completed the demolition of the damaged buildings, and is now moving forward with the next step of the construction of new facilities.
