The CNMI Small Business Development Center Network at the Northern Marianas College (CNMI SBDC) in collaboration with the NMC Health Squad is thrilled to announce the 2nd Annual Health Night, scheduled for Thursday, January 18, 2024, from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm at NMC’s Mango Terrace between Buildings N and O.
This unique community event is designed to promote health and wellness while showcasing the vibrant offerings of local businesses and organizations. Attendees can look forward to an array of activities, demonstrations, and opportunities to engage with health-conscious vendors.

- Taichi Class: Join an invigorating taichi class led by experienced NMC instructor, Barry Wicksman, promoting physical and mental well-being.
- NMC Nursing Club Health Screening: Take advantage of free health screenings provided by the NMC Nursing Club, ensuring your well-being.
- Healthy Recipe Demonstration: NMC's Cooperative Research, Extension, and Education Services will conduct a live demonstration of delicious and nutritious recipes, inspiring healthier eating habits.
